In March of 2002, I called All American Bowling Pro Shop to order a Columbia 3 Ball Bag. I was told that they were out of stock and that the new models were going to be released the following month. They stated if you purchase the bag now we will give it to you at the old model price.

I agreed and they charged my credit card the very next day. Four months went by and still had not received the bowling bag. My husband called and demanded a refund. He was told that the refund would be processed.

On 7/25/02 I spoke to Maria, who would not give me her last name and she told me that my credit card had been refunded and sent me a false credit card voucher stating my credit card had been refunded on 7/08/02.

The bank had no record and when I called her back she stated they will have to put a trace with the bookkeeping department and was not sure when they would get back to me.

She said the manager Steve Reynolds was out of the country until 8/15. Of course, I never received the refund and I never received the merchandise.

I also called information and the physical address that they show on the website is not legitimately listed as a business and they had no listing of them at all. Do not do business with them!!!
