All City Bail Bonds LLC (License Number: 1079105) of Hamden, CT and Surety Bail Bond Agent Roger Czuchra (License Number: 2098234) and Surety Bail Bond Agent Jason C. Fink (License Number: 992119) violated CT Gen Stat § 38a-660j and defrauded one of their clients, Jonathan Reich.
All City Bail Bonds LLC and its agents unlawfully recommended Attorney Alan J. Sobol and Pullman & Comley LLC in exchange for excessive bond fees. All City Bail Bonds LLC recognized and endorsed an unconstitutionally excessive bail in the amount of $50,000 for an alleged class C misdemeanor.
