All County Towing towed my car for improper parking and charged me $124 which I paid the following day. When I picked up my car and started driving it I noticed the car was wobbling all over the road and was barely drivable with a loud grinding nose coming out of the rear of the car. I called All County Towing on my cell while I was driving and reported the problem asking if they wanted the car back so that they can assess the damage and fix it. They denied any wrong doing and I took my car the next day to the Hollywood Chrysler Jeep dealer for the damage to be estimated and fixed. The dealer found damage to the fuel tank(dented), heavy scrapings underneath the rear of the vehicle and a broken in half left compression link which costed $700 to repair. The dealer also confirmed that the damage was caused by the towing since the car has been serviced by the dealer since I bought it brand new and has had no prior issues whatsoever. I ended up paying $700 for the repair on top of $124 towing fee. My calls to All County Towing went nowhere with nothing but denials of any wrong doing despite the fact that I have the bill from the dealer clearly detailing the damage and the cause for it. The vehicle is a 2007 Chrysler 300 with 11,000 miles and no prior record of any mechanical problems. I have contacted the FL State General Attorney's Office and filed a complaint and will pursue a lawsuit in Small Claims Court. Before any more time is spent on this, I hope All County Towing does the right thing and reimburses me for the repair of the damage they caused.
