Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

All county towed my car from my private community without warning and damaged my car in the process. When confronted with covering the repairs, they got rude and disrespectful. They said we did not do it even though I saw them do it with a witness. They refused to give out any information about their insurance and said to call my own insurance for repairs even though they did the damage. The conversation with the manager was pointless. He was just unbelievably rude and absolutely no help.

A police report was filed and not I'm in the process of suing than for damages. I am reporting them to every business ethics group or agency I can find. This type of business behaviour needs to be stopped or the average citizen who'se just trying to make a living will just continue to be taken advantage off and abused by these bullies. So far they are getting away with murder and most homeowners association are in on the action and useless to homeowners who are paying hard owned dues every month.

Justice will be done.

someone got to All County Towing

well as i have posted this elsewhere, someone got to ALL COUNTY TOWING, at least reducing the effectiveness of the web set in the lot across from Publix in the Broward Courthouse location

the most efficient spots at the front corner of the lot that previously accounted for the bounty of towed cars are now segregated off from the rest of the lot by chain and bumpers AND the spotter dude is gone (last seen as the "spotter" at the McDonalds across from the bus station downtown Ft Lauderdale)

my guess is, and it's only a guess, is that the stretch limo that was towed and RANSACKED was the "wrong" car to tow away from that lot and mess with

i have myself concluded that a towed car should be "bonded out" with the court clerk's office and the charges litigated subsequently in front of a judge since so much is "wrong" with the business practices of ALL COUNTY TOWING

a recent episode of ALL COUNTY TOWING happened on Black Friday at the Sawgrass Mills Mall and the state attorney may be investigating as well as the mayor of Sunrise based on recent media coverage

sunshine in sunrise - and then i guess we will see how well ALL COUNTY TOWINGs business model works

i saw them RANSACK that stretch limo and remember thinking to myself well that's it for ALL COUNTY TOWING

No worse than all the crimes and questionable practices the tow owners are telling their lackeys to do.

Glass and nails and BB guns are some of the things you may need.  Ay Steve?

I just love it when a tow company leaves a truck unattended.

....they just pulled into the community and randomly towed your car? And you saw them damage it and did not say anything until later?

How were you abused? Park as you should and pay your fees.

If you report them with the same method of spelling you used on this report, you will be ignored.

If you got the car back, then chances are you probably signed a waiver acknowledging that you got the car back in the same condition it was taken from you in.

If you did sign such a waiver, then unfortunately that is the end of your case and you will not be entitled to any compensation.
