I ordered an engine that i saw on their website, paid using check by phone, and never received my engine. The website said 3 to 5 days shipping to the midwest, but when I called to see where it was they told me 7 working days for delivery,and later I was told 10 days.

After two weeks I started calling them to get the order tracked. They gave me some excuses about a snow storm in colorado and told me to call back in a few days. When I called back she transfered me to the freight department which was just a recording giving a fax number and telling to fax in information about the order to be tracked. I sent 2 faxes and still no engine or even a phone call telling me where it is.

I have called them back after sending the faxes but I get blown off. They tell me no one is in for the freight department, and the people I talked to before are also never available to talk to. It has been three weeks now and I can't even get them to track the order or talk to me about it.

Do not buy from this company. They will just take your money and not send a thing.
