Consumers need to be warned about All Model Cars and Trucks. Owners Matt LaPree and Hamid Jalali are crooks and bigots.

This company discriminates against women, disabled persons and any person who has been in prison.

On Sept 20th, 1999 I completed the purchase with this company of a 1991 Ford Taraus. I paid cash, this was the money I got in an inheritance from a good friend's dad when he died. The owners assured me the car was mechanically sound. It had a 15 day warranty on it.

Three days after the purchase, the car started leaking, stalling out and smoke was pouring into the driver's side from under the hood.

I returned to the lot. Mr. Matt LaPree refused to help me. He claimed the mechanic was not there and refused to let me leave the car or help me in any way. He now denies I ever was there nor ever complained. Both owners refused to talk to me. They can't even remember my name.

The car began falling apart. From Sept until Oct 2000 I had to repair electrical system, cooling system, drive tran, freeze plugs, transmission -- $4580 worth of repairs In one year and one month.

The car still smokes and leaks.

I ask my good friend to help me. His name is Henry McHarg. He was in prison. He wrote the company letters and tried to get them to talk to me. They refused to talk to me. When he got out, He tried to help me by filing complaints with the BBB, Attorney General, and other consumer affairs places.

The owners attacked him because he is a felon. They copped a holier than thou attitude, because he was in prison and they

were not. Mr. LaPree got an attorney and turned my friend into the police.

They owners claim they never met or heard from my friend. Mr. LaPree meet Mr. McHarg at the prison. Mr. Matt LaPree went to the prison to do prison ministry. While there Mr. LaPree did Bible study, where he meet Mr. McHarg. Mr. LaPree told Mr. McHarg and many other prisoners he sold cars. They heard from Mr. McHarg when he wrote them to release the money from his father's estate for my car and his daughter Amanda's car. Her car died completely with in 6 months.

The owners claim to value customers: They value the money. They valued me for the money. They valued Mr. McHarg for the money. But when we complained, the value ended.

The owners have lied so much. This business needs to be stopped.

I am a disabled person and live on a fixed income. The financial

hardship they have caused is unbearable. The stress, heart ache and grief is unbearable.

Please, somone help if you can. Warn everyone not to buy from this business.

Thank you.

Cheryl Emtman
