10 Better Business Bureau Fraud Complaints EXACTLY THE SAME AS MINE IN LESS THAN 9 MONTHS!!!

He will give you false information on his credentials! >Told me he was an "All Star Pools" from Alabama. But when I called them they had no idea who Gary Locke was! He was evicted from his business location on harry Hines over 12 months ago...then switched to his home address as his "business location".....and is now hiding his address to hide from all the angry customers he frauded and stole from!!! The BBB REVOKED his membership in less than 1 year due to constant complaints of felony fraud, theft, extremely poor workmanship (to the level of endangering his clients health & safety), non-compliance to signed contracts, abandoning projects once payments received...and on and on and on! This man should be in PRISON! Do not sign a contract with this man or give him any money! You will never get the work done and what little he does do could endanger your safety! I can provide proof of all these accusations and am joining a long list of victims filing cases against him with The District Attorney, Dallas Police Financial Fraud Dept. & Justice Of The Peace for Dallas Co....Aand a he list of Fraud Complaints on Better Business Bureau....under business name "All Star Pool Remodeling"

I have attached several pics of how he left my house OVER SEVEN MONTHS AGO! There are dozens but Craigslist only allows a few...He started the work and once I made the final payment...totaling over $24,000!!!....he NEVER RETURNED! I am currently living in a filthy torn apart house with the ceiling and roof caving in and exposed electrical wire everywhere. And have to run most items from the few outlets working from extension cords! He left huge piles of rubble in my front and back driveway that I ended up having to pay to remove! NEW INFORMATION!!:

Went through old text messages and found over 42 times where Gary made an actual appt. to do work but stood me up! Came for less than 2 hours February25th to remove a rock planter from my patio but left a large portion of the brick destroying my grass. This was after abandoning job in mid Sept...Then said since he did some work so I would take this Fraud Alert off Craigslist!! Then had a worker come for a couple hours on Nov 12th to put a pipe in the pool....and said again he did it so I would remove my Fraud Alert from Craigslist! NO WAY! It has been SEVEN MONTHS now and all he's had done is less than a half days work total!

The Dallas Police "Swindle" Division is currently investigating Gary for Felony Fraud! I thought that name (swindle dept.) was a joke until I spent 2 hours going over Gary's fraud history with a detective from my precinct. Wonderful to know the right people are taking the reigns for me!In addition to being kicked off Home advisor fro repeated Fraud Complaints...He also has 10 Better Business Bureau Fraud Complaints EXACTLY THE SAME AS MINE IN LESS THAN 9 MONTHS!!!
