We were supost to check in at the airport on 12/4/09, and we were running 10 min behind. We got to the desk and the guy basicaly told us that they closed 10 min ago and that we lose our money.
When I asked to talk to a supervisor he called the police instead of the supervisor and we still had at least 35 min. before the plane left.
He offered sugestions to a girl and basically told us that we will be losing our money instead of trying to help us with the situation.
When I called to the head office they basically told us the same thing and is not willing to help us when asked to talk to their supervisor they told me that they do not talk to anyone that it will take 24 to 48 hours before they will talk to them.

We canced a flight 15 minutes after we made it, 3 weeks in advance and were told sol then, told that we could get credit on later flight. You guessed it, when we tried to re-book 2 weeks later were told "never canceled reservation. When I ask for a supervisor was told "aren't any" the guy was working out of his house! told me I could write the airline and someone"MIGHT" get back to me.
Oh yeah, he couldn't give me an address to write to!!!!!!!!!!
