Allegiant Air lied about refund /refused to give credit orlando, Florida
Do yourself a favor,DON"T fall for the cheap advertised prices.
I purchased tickets online and 15 minutes later learned i could not go so called them, was told at first, no problem, money will be put back on card. Then put on hold, then told no refund. I argued and finally asked for a supervisor and was told "No way to contact one" This guy was working out of his house! When you call you are routed to someone working at home, no staff, no supervisor, ect. I finally agreed to getting full credit on later flight. I ask for conformation # and was told "don't need one" I protest to no avail and you guessed it, today I try to re-book and am told flight reservation wasn't cancelled and I lose! Again I ask for super and told I can write to the company and someone "MAY" get back to me.!! She couldn't even give me an address to write too.
I hope I can cost them severa hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue as I will tell EVERYONE DO NOT FLY ALLEGIANT!!!!
