Allen & Son's Appliance Repair Ripoffs-Incompetent! Simi Valley California
Allen & Son's was called out to repair a warranty latch on a brand new oven/microwave combo. After they came out, they took several weeks to order the part and come back. When their incompetent repairman did partial work, he ended up shattering the tempered glass to the oven. We were forced to live with the inoperable oven and broken glass for several weeks before they came back out.
After fixing the latch and broken glass weeks later, the latch broke again from his workmanship. They had the nerve to insist that we pay another service call fee. The fee was only $35 and they wouldn't stand behind their work even knowing all the trouble we went through with them a few weeks earlier. These people are awful and let this be a warning to anyone searching for an appliance repair shop. Do not use them!
