Allenbeys.com ripoff - charge your account and never deliver the goods consumer fraud ripoff Sanford Florida
Placed an order on April 4, 2003. My debit card was charged 3 days later. Never have received the order. They never returned my phone calls nor did they respond to my emails. I reported them to Yahoo!shopping - the mechanism by which Allenbeys conducts their online business. Got responses from them and a week later finally got a response from Allenbeys. They said a check was being sent out for a refund as my items were not available. That was May 13, 2003 - today is June 13 and still no refund check. I have sent 4 more emails to both Allenbeys and Yahoo!shopping and have received no responses.
Do not order from Allenbeys or any merchant on Yahoo!shopping as they apparently are committing consumer fraud together. I am considering filing a class action lawsuit against both companies as I am finding many similar cases to mine, and this is clearly consumer fraud.
