I was approached by a couple of individuals in a Kia minivan. They were going on about how they got extra stereo equipment to deliver so they wanted to make some extra money to go to a strip club. One was named Chris I believe. The driver was named Andrew Bimms according to his driver's license. Who knows if its real or not.

The system was an Olin Ross OR860 theater sound system. They said they didn't want their boss to get it back because he was already a millionaire.

They told me just make them an offer on this system worth $2495. They even showed me a ragged out magazine with an advertisement in it. I offered $400. They asked me for more but I refused. They accepted.

They gave me a receipt with contact numbers and an address. I followed the instructions to cancel the transaction but have yet to hear from the company. I went to the address and it was nothing but a small office out front to train con men with these signs that had things like "attitude is more important that facts" and "Push, push, push and stay with it as long as it takes to make the sale."

I called the numbers and faxed copies of the cancellation as well but never got an answer even though the recording said their hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM. No one was ever at the place when I went. I heard they are their from 4 to 8 AM and from 6 to 8 PM to get the product out and to get the money when the pawns come in.

I even found an ad on hotjobs. Bad thing is that there's nothing illegal with what their doing. Its just unethical and shows just how low a human being can stoop for money. They vastly misrepresented their products. I learned my lesson.

I just saw this same olin ross ripoff garbage bucket today in Bel Air with a white kia mimi-van, tag number [PA] GWH6483. This clown said his name was Dominic and wanted to know if I was interested in a sound system. Instead of spitting in his face like the last one I ran into, I said let's take a look. While he was giving me all of the B.S. I told him what he was going to tell me and then I just started reading the tag number out loud and he did not like that. He said they were not hot and I told him they don't have to be hot they are pure garbage just like you and the other piece of trash that's hopping into the driver's seat, so let's just ask the police how legitimate this operation is. Just like that, Dominic slides the side door shut in a hurry and vanished. Hope to see you again.

Went there this morning at 8 AM to find a white Kia minivan with PA tag number GWH6483 waiting in the parking lot. Another guy pulled up just a few minutes later in a grey sports car. After speaking with the guy in the van who I identified as Brian Kimmey, the guy from the sports car approached my van and introduced himself as John. He asked if I was returning the system. I told him yes then he told me I had to set up the return. I then reminded him of the certified letter I sent along with the fax all of which I had documentation. He knew who I was at that point. He told me to bring in the system and he would refund my money. He wrote me a check and I took it straight to the bank it was drawn on and cashed it. I'm glad for me but I know there are others who've been ripped off who aren't so lucky. I fully intend to turn over every piece of evidence to the authorities to get these crooks stopped.

I found some of the fake purchase orders they use. The two that ripped me off were Alexander Bimes and CJ Beckham. They were driving a green Kia minivan with Pennsylvania tag number GXY9547. There are a two other scammers named Brian Kimmey and Ryan Sullivan. They were driving a van or truck with Pennsylvania tag number GWH6483. Also, the fake purchase orders they show has their signatures on it stating they hold valid sellers permits and can collect sales and use taxes. After doing a little research, they can be prosecuted in PA for Theft By Deception.
