Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Alliance Financail Resources is a mortgage bank..they hire people and have them call people and talk them into giving there full social security number, or just ask for the first 5 digits..alot of the time this information is written down on paper, they do not do full back ground checks on employees, so this means that idenity can be stolen...beware...Alliance financial resources out of phoenix AZ claims to to a direct lender with HUD, the pitch is very smooth...but identy fraud can happen very easy, the manager always warns employees to put paper away before inspection....just another bank stealing identy from people who just want to lower there interest rate..thanks...Will

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sat, May 25, 2013

My name is Will and I worked for Alliance Financial Resources. I was let go for personal reasons two days prior to this add.I am writing this rebuttal because whoever wrote this inaccurate post used my name. Working for this company was a positive experience for me. I found everyone to be very professional to the highest measure. They have maintained an A+ rating for a reason and hope to work for them in the future. Employees are stringently trained and monitored to insure your confidentiality. All calls are monitored for professional customer service and any disrespect is not tolerated. With reference to leaving papers out, all information is put out of site to protect you. Do not give this persons dishonest, inaccurate complaints any credibility…. “Will”

#3UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Wed, May 22, 2013

The original report was filed by a disgruntled ex-employee upset at being let go even though they were given every opportunity to turn their performance around.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company and the same individual for almost 8 years.  During that time, we have seen a lot of changes in our industry and I can assure you that we respond and comply to every change that occurs.  Every person employed at our company is subject to a background check and credit check.

We do our best to follow through and communicate with our customers and take very seriously our A+ rating with the BBB.

Our company also participates in many philanthropic events throughout the course of each year, chosing a different charity each quarter to focus our fundraising efforts on.  To that end, we have raised literally thousands of dollars in an effort to give back to the community we are proud to call home.

In the 8 years I have been here, there has never been even 1 instance of anything remotely resembling identity theft and we are subject to unannounced audits at any time by any of the 15 states that we are currently licensed in.  We have in place a Compliance Department whose sole function it is to ensure we are compliant with state and federal regulations.

I have worked for numerous companies in the last few years that specialize in refinancing home loans both VA and Non VA. I have inside information on this company works and I can tell you this is a solid company. They do everything by the book and do not allow there employees to write down personal information. They are a direct lender, not a middle man. Look them up in Forbes magazine.

This is a great company and they are only out there trying to help people lower there interest rates and truly help them through the process. I wont mention any names but the companies I worked for doing this same thing were just plain ripoff artist. There are good companies out there truly trying to help people. Trust this company and you will not be dissapointed.

The person looking at your information alreadt has your full SS#, they dont need to write anything down, they ask for the 1st five digits for security purposes only, nothing more. So if you dont want to reveil the 1st 5 digits, relize, the person your talking to already sees the whole thing. They only hire good quality people and they do do extensive interviews. I know this for a fact.
