Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is to well inform all merchants and potential agents out there in the online payments industry, please don't fall in the trap of "Alliance Processing". Apparently, someone named Patrick Wentz is the one who will do all communication on behalf of the company and claims Seth Proper as the owner/director, who actually does not exist, as we have tried communicating with him several times; however, did not receive a single email or call in response to our concerns.

Patrick Wentz is a sweet talker who talks in the most assured and ingratiating manner to everybody at first go, just to make you believe that they are actual processors having partnerships with more than 30 on and offshore banks and are the best in industry. PLEASE HOLD & THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MAKE A MOVE, don't fall in trap of these people as they are neither processing your payments, nor have partner banks, not even domestic one!! They are not registered ISO/MSP of any bank to provide you merchant services. They are simply agents / brokers who shop your applications with several processors to get a cut out of merchant sell rates and other transactions fees, which is obviously way too high compared to market rates.

Our experience with these people has been completely devastating as they simply follow a practive of signing up referrals / resellers under the umbrella by convincing everybody that they are the real processor and use in house PCI compliant payment gateway.... n CRAP...once you start sending merchants and get them onboard they will be least bothered to even inform, forget about the residuals, they can even go ahead and terminate your agreement for no cause without considering the fact that the merchants were referred by you, and you deserve the profits. They can simply bypass you and communicate with your merchants directly to deprive you of the hard earned benefits.

PLEASE stay away from this utter nonsense - ALLIANCE PROCESSING -.alliance-processing.com/

Rebuttal for Alliance Processing

This rebuttal is in response to the malicious and inappropriate post about our company Alliance Processing.  It’s astonishing to read a posting that goes in great length to deface a legitimate organization containing content that’s hilariously without merit.  About us:  we are a trusted provider for high risk merchant processing solutions with solutions available both domestic and offshore.  We have a strong line of reputable partners who are among the top ranked affiliate networks in the United States including Trustguard, Active Campaign, and PrestaShop. We cater to thousands of satisfied merchants and just like many other processors we grant competitive pricing with free equipment, as well as pay generous monthly commissions to our referral partners who produce legitimate business.

Please allow me to clarify who "Dan_121" truly is.  Dan_121 is actually not from Alabama, or even the United States.  He is really a call center scam artist named Dipan Patel of Synergy Job Link based in Ahmedabad India.  How do I know this?  First, we simply have never dealt with anyone named Dan in Alabama.  Secondly, in September 2013 we received outrageous threats from Dipan for not paying a commission on an account that was never actually established.  We signed our partner agreement in July 2013 – a mere two months prior.  This was one of five applications referred that were all declined due to being blatantly fraudulent in nature, including offshore individuals posing as U.S. citizens with fake names and addresses.  After receiving childish threats to, and I will quote Dipan verbatim, “use the best of my skills to rip off your – Alliance Processing’s image out there” we clearly terminated our agreement.  The language used in his post is practically identical to his past correspondence, which we are more than happy to provide for interested parties.

Lastly the above posting claims that one of our Managing Members, Seth Proper, simply does not exist.  This claim in itself may be the new running joke in the office considering Seth has over 8 years of processing experience and was the head of PowerPay’s direct response channel before starting his own company here in south Florida.  He is one of the most professionally transparent individuals to work with in the industry and truly goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are successful.

For any additional interest in our company or the events that transpired with Dipan and Synergy Job link, please do not hesitate to reach out to me personally through my email below, as we will gladly provide any and all examples of unaltered recorded communication with Dipan’s fraudulent organization.  Feel free to check out their own Rip Off report from what seems to be from another honest merchant: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/ecomworldpaycom/Select-StateProvince/ecomworldpaycom-Fortune-Payments-Synergy-Joblink-Dipan-Patel-ecomworldpaycom-Fortune-1101400

Thank you.
