one thing Id like to point out is that travel insurance is like any other type
of insurance in that there are terms, conditions and exclusions that affect
coverage. We, as well as our partner United Airlines, want consumers to
make informed decisions when it comes to travel insurance. When the
insurance is offered, we make sure that we indicate that Limitations apply
and provide a link which consumers may use if they want to review the terms and
conditions.
Also, we encourage all of our
customers to take advantage of our 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee, which
provides the opportunity to go over the insuring agreement weve provided and
make sure that the insurance will meet our customers needs. If our
customers have any questions after reading the policy, we can guarantee that
one of our dedicated representatives will be available to answer any
questions. If consumers then find that their purchased policy doesnt
meet their needs, they can cancel it and receive a full premium refund.
