OMG!! Do not order from this company please!! Listen to me!! I searched quite a few sites looking for a go kart for my son. We purchased a 110cc go kart for $1100.00. I ordered it on May 13th and did not received it until June 15th first of all. Now when I needed some order status they at least answered the phone, however just kept telling me that as soon as they had a tracking number they would e-mail me and let me know. Okay, fine, except that the day after they told me that the freight company called me to arrange the delivery for the next day, now, I am no genius but I am pretty sure they didn't ship it overnight from china!

Then once received we opened it up and the seat was torn and the liquid for the battery had leaked all over the place and trying to get the thing to run, well that was a whole new issue. So, I took pictures and e-mailed them the same day, and the next day and the next day, you get the picture. We, called and left several messages and magically they now do not answer the phone and their website says to be severed in the quickest manner to e-mail them, yep did that! So, we purchased a new battery from a little shop in our town and taped the seat for now and after about a week and a half finally got the thing to run. However have yet to be able to get anyone at allnewsports.

They have absolutely no customer service and it is as if they do not even exist. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere in your town to purchase what you may need and spend the extra couple of hundred dollars!!! I am going to now get the credit card company to file a charge back and maybe that will get some attention.

After about 20 calls and emails I gave up. Promises of good faith turned into lies and they became very rude. I had over a $1000 worth of damage or a $2300 Scooter and I hadn't even gotten to drive it. I did the email postings with pictures several times and on the phone and got to the same place as you, no where. I have posted something anywhere I can in regards to the type of business they are anywhere I can find their name on the internet so at least others will not experience the same as we have!
