 I am paid bi-weekly onto a Comdata card. Comdata uses Allpoint & MoneyPass ATMs. I have been going to the ATM at CVS by my house for a while now and never had an issue. Until today I withdrew the last hundred dollars that I had for the week to get through until payday. It said the transaction was complete but the ATM did not spit out any money. When I called the ATM their automated voice message already had the option of ATM issues (which tells me it happens a lot) and said they had nothing to do with it that I would have to get a hold of my bank card. When I called my bank card they said I would have to wait a week for them to investigate and that's all they could do. I do not need my money next week I need it now and nobody will help. It took them 20 seconds to take my money but I have to wait a full week to get it back.
