BEWARE: All-STATE IMAGING OFFICE SUPPLY SCAM
Leigh Hopson called from All-State Imaging a year and a half ago with an offer of their remanufactured toner cartridge made with "superdrum" for a 30-day trial. They claimed the product was double-filled with toner and superior in print quality. The copies were worse quality and the cartridge did not last as long as an other remanufactured or new cartridges. A charge of over $30 was applied for shipping and the cartridge itself cost $162.50, making the total for one inferior quality and quantity toner cartridge almost $200. Other remanufactured cartridges can be purchased for $65, last longer and come with free recycling instructions and shipping.
Despite this experience several months later Greg Daniels called from All-State Imaging claiming that I had agreed to purchase four cartridges in total and that he had the other three ready to be shipped. I told him that I was very unsatisfied with the previous cartridge sent. He indicated that was a rare occurance and that to "make it up" to us he would have the cartridges double-filled with toner. I informed him that we did not agree to these additional cartridges and did not need them. He said that once this set of cartridges were sent we wouldn't be required to buy anymore and we would have to call to request more. They were sent to us anyway all at once and with a whopping $100 shipping charge in addition to charging $162.50 per cartridge.
Greg Daniels called again today saying that I had agreed to buy another four cartridges. I told him I did not agree to buy more cartridges and that if he sent more they would be refused. I indicated that they are well-known for their office supply scam and he continued to try to convince me that we had agreed to this. This is where I drew the line and told him multiple times not to send any more cartridges and that they will be refused if they attempt to send any more.
