Allstate Imaging The ink cartridges they sell do not work! They will not refund any $ only send replacement cartridges that don't work. ripoff Chatsworth California
I have read other rip off reports for this company and would like to agree with what they said as well. How pushy they are and how they promise gift cards. How they almost automatically sent me a shipment of ink cartridges without my okay. I am also a victim to their lies.
They told me they would not charge me for the Epson ink cartridges I ordered if I was not satisfied. I am an Office Manager for an upholstery company, so when I receive an invoice, I pay it within 30 days.
Unfortunately I paid for Allstate Imagings invoice before I could check the cartridges out.
Well when I did finally use one it didn't work, so I called and told them. They said to try another one and they would send a replacement for that one. I tried another one and it worked.
Just recently I needed to replace the cartridge again and I tried one of the other cartridges they gave me and the replacement cartridge and neither one would work.
When I confronted them and said I just wanted a refund and I was not satisfied and did not want to use their cartridges anymore. They told me that all they could do is send replacements.
I asked, "why since they don't work?" They said they would go through a different manufacturer and test them for me. I have not received them yet, but I am curious of what they will send next.
Someone please take them out of business before they rip off anyone else!!
