Allstate Moving & Storage Inc. David Khan Moving Nightmare Internet
This company is run by an individual who will look at your face, make promises that he knows that he cannot keep and outright lie without blinking an eye.
At first the owner, Mr. David Khan, came to our house to offer his moving service. We knew of another family who was moving at the same time to the same city so we mentioned this to Mr. Khan. After looking at what we had, he said that he could take all our belongings as well as those from the other family at the same time and saving us both money.
When he came with the moving truck I mentioned to him that it was too small to hold both our things and someone elses. He said that he had another bigger truck, that he had done this many times before and that it would be fine.
When he arrived (a few days later than originally agreed upon) he had the same small truck. He opened the back end where I could see my things. He asked for the balance of the money before unloading the truck. I paid him. After unloading a few things he said that that was it. I noticed immediately that more than half of my things were missing. He said that the other family had too many things and he had to leave mine behind, but that he picked what he thought we would need, and that the rest of my things were not so valuable anyway!. I was furious. Not only they went over our things but had the gall to make comments about them!!!. I asked for my money back but he refused; only returning $500.
He said that another truck with my things was actually on its way and would arrive in two days time, but refused to give me a contact number. In fact, there was no other truck. It was just one lie after another.
After making 100s of calls they agreed to send my things thru another company. We had to wait almost one month to receive the rest of our things. I had to pay a few hundred dollars to them as well. We are still missing items.
Stay away from this company they will steal your money and your things.

This customer was moving to Florida, he was happy with the quote, so he recommended his friend also, his friend has nothing bad to say about Allstate Moving Because the job was done perfectly, a few pieces were not able to fit on the truck for this customer because he added more items, so it was shipped at a later date. When the truck arrived there, this customer stole an antique chair belonging to another customer that was placed outside of the truck, he never returned it because a small mirror for $19.99 was broken and he was given a discount of $50.00 for it, and was not charge for the balance owing since delivery was a bit late, but he refused to give back the chair that does not belong to him. Allstate Moving to date have not receive the chair from him. HE IS NOTHING BUT A THIEF. And further more we do not have a David Khan working with us this customer is scandalizing the name Khan.
