Sorry but Alltel is not your problem. Your problem is your "Family Member".
This family member I believed in and didnt ever see this coming.
- Your kidding right. Didn't the fact that they couldn't get a phone without a deposit tip you off in the least? Or did you figure they couldn't get a phone without a deposit just because the company was picking on them? Well now you know why the company wanted a deposit.
I would bet that your "Family Member" had enough information about you that they could get through the verification and with that just about every company will let that person make changes. For all you know this person went so far as to pretend they were you. Because of this you probably should be very aware of your credit accounts in case your "Family Member" decides to make more changes.
As for your relative since you did originally give them the account it is unlikely you could file any criminal charges. However, if you want to go after them for the money you had to pay you may be able to take them to small claims court. But going off on the "Class Action Lawsuit" against Alltel just makes you sound stupid...sorry but it does. Because there is nothing you have shown that Alltel has done wrong, and if you even knew what it takes to start a Class Action Lawsuit you would realize how stupid your statement was.
Again sorry but the person you need to be upset at is your relative.
