I purchased Alluracell Skin abd Alluracell Eye Restore on December 26,2015 0n lline. The trial offer was supposed to be $4.97 for each. When I printed it out online it was for a dollar more. On January 6, 2016 I received the cream was billed on January 9, 2016 $89.97.
I called the company on the 11th and cancelled the order on the automated system and was given a confirmation number. It also said I would get an email with a conformation number Each cream had a different customer service number, I called the other number and it said I had already cancelled but neither numer said when i would get a refund. i called back and got a human being ANGEL. She was no angel. She told me 14 days had passed and no refund. I told her i just got it saturday and called today Wednesday. she then offered me 15%, I told her I did consumer fraud at a local TV station and this was Bait and Switch and Internet Fraud. She then offered me 35%, then 50% and finally 75% of my money. I refused to take 75% and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, she told me she was both. I asked for the company address and phone number ans she said it was the same number. When I questioned that she hung up on me. I want a refund of $79.13 not $67.50.
