I ordered a diamond and topaz ring for my wife for Christmas. I placed the order from Allurez on November 25th. They guarnteed I would receive the ring prior to Christmas. They made multiple promises while changing the shipping/arrival date several times. After they missed delivery prior to Christmas, I advised them that they should NOT ship the item and to cancel the order however they shipped it anyway. It did not arrive until January 1, 2017. It took me telling them that I would engage  my attorney if they did not accept the return. FINALLY they did however I had to pay out of my pocket to send it back in addition to buying the insurance for it. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
