Aloha Rugby did not deliver what our club paid for. We ordered high quality rugby shorts, describing exactly what type of shorts we wanted, and Sebastian (the owner) confirmed our request. He promised the shorts would be embroidered and delivered 2/3 weeks after our order date.  We placed the order in mid-August, and the shorts were not delivered until mid October.

Prior to placing the order, several emails were exchanged regarding the quality and features of the shorts.  The product that arrived 2 months later was nothing close to what we ordered. The shorts were extremely poor quality.

During the months of waiting, several emails were exchanged. Each time an update was requested regarding the status of the order, an excuse was given. Sebastian seeemed apologetic and said he would include 10 jerseys to compensate for the extreme delay...these jerseys never arrived.

Upon receiving the shorts, we immediately emailed aloharugby with our disatisfaction, no response was ever sent. Several follow up emails were sent, still not response.

Do NOT use Aloha Rugby. They will take your money, and if they deliver a product, it will not be what you paid for.
