That Travel Agent should have stuck by the original quote she gave you, and your invoice she sent to you in June, should have stated if it included insurance. As for the insurance, she might have gotten insurance from an outside source other than Apple Vacations, and then as long as it was paid before final payment, you would still have been covered. Not really sure if 72 bucks is worth a small claims case, but Apple should be made aware of what happened, it sounds like she is blaming them, and if she did not make the reservation in June, but waited till Sept, then the fault lies with HER!
