Alpha Technology Group LLC, Alpha Technology 'garenteed to have my website on the front page of google. They did nothing. After they got my money they didn't call or email or answer my emails Renton Washington
I want to report them as a Scam. RJ fisher who I signed the contract with no longer works there. When I stopped payment they didn't call me but turned my account over to collections and threatned that I would have to pay the balance and also $500.00 collection fee. I got 3 to 5 calls a day from a recording asking for payment. BUT when I tried to call back there was no one just a recording. I could not pay because I had no information on how to change my payment infomation Until finally Mae who was supposed to be working on my website called me and said My payment was over due and I would have to pay it. When I complained that they had did nothing to permote my site she said it had a privacy block and they could not do anything. But because I signed the contract to pay a fee for a year I would have to pay the balance anyway. I told her I would send a check and not to call me anymore. and I was reporting theim to the BBB and calling my lawyer. I looked on the BBB and they have never heard of Alpha Tencnologe group. So dont spend your money with these people. They make promises but do nothing. If you have dealt with them make a complaint here.
