alpharooms Alpharooms.com false advertisement. advertisng a hotel they didnt have a contract with and taking our money

Booked a hotel with alpharooms to berlin but when we arrived the hotel said they didnt have a contract with alpharooms so alpharooms falsly advertised the hotel using it on there site with photographs.The hotel said they had done this illegal. We ended up having to go to another hotel on the night we arrived even tho we had paid for that hotel. Be very careful when booking with them as i wiuldnt like anyone else have to go through this upon arriving in a different country
