My friends and I ordered fake ID's off mulitple sites because we kept getting scammed, come to find out the same guy runs all the websites, and review sites. We never receieved our ID's. They are great at responding until AFTER you pay, theyre GONE, I got blocked and out of almost $1000.

Are you familiar with the concept of unclean hands? It means if you do something dishonest or illegal and then you get screwed (as often happens) you can't complain and you are not entitled to any legal remedy.
Louisiana has some of the strictest laws for fraudulent identification usage in the country. “Whoever violates the provisions of this Section by possessing a fraudulent document for identification purposes shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both,” Louisiana law states.
Also if you keep getting scammed why did you keep trying to buy IDs online. They fool you once shame on them. They fool you again and again and again shame you. Take this experience as a learning opportunity.
