On Jan of this year we entered into an agreement With steve muelher and edwardo alves of alta vista securities to provide our company with going public on the frankfurt stock exchange and to arrange equity capital for our project. We paid a fee to start this process. We were to recieve all doc's concerning this process within 30 days. After calls inquiring about doc's with various reasons why we hadnt recieved them I.e , computer down, out of town, someone was supposed to have already sent , after nearly two months of no docs and promisies of funds being raised overseas on road shows, and our company being registed with Bafin , and prospectus's being ok'ed be the sec. None of which was true. We had our attorney contact both bafin and the sec our company infomation or and prospectus was ever registered or even sent in for approval. After numerous calls about sending doc's to confirm what he had done for our company. He responded by email that he no longer had time to babysit our offering or to give it the time that it needed that he would be refunding our funds, all of this did not happen until i said we would have our attorney contact him about paperwork. He sent us a release so we wouldnt sue which we sent back. As of today May 13 he has yet to return our funds. He has not returned phone calls or emails or texts. He and his company are frauds ! we will be telling everybody by the use of the internet of this. We are planning to blow him up. File compliants in every state he has listed as an address of his business as well as the us attorney office. we have given him every chance to return our money but to no avail now it our turn.

Steve Muehler (alias "Mueller") IS INDEED a Fraud.
Steve Muehler (alias "Mueller") is a highly organized Scam Artist who uses an extensive knowledge and vocabulary of the Financial Securities Industry to present himself as an "experienced professional".
Steve Muehler (alias "Mueller") may be many things, but based on my personal experience with him, he is anything but a "legitimate professional", though you wouldn't know that from speaking with him.
All of the addresses and phone numbers that are listed in association with his "companies" are fraudulent. I've visited them personally. He has no office. He has no staff. He may have a couple of people "helping him", but you'll never hear from them directly.
Steve Muehler (alias "Mueller") is now operating his same Scam under DELRAY SECURITIES in Delray Beach, Florida. Which if you visit the Delray Securities Website, you will see that he lists an office in Beverly Hills, which is empty and you will not reach any sort of receptionist or legitimate professional office setting.
Steve Muehler (alias "Mueller") is a LIAR and is not to be trusted.... That is the simple truth.
