This report is provided AS A WARNING to alert people to a POSSIBLE FRAUD being perpetrated on the internet.

Mr. Busch (a "real estate investor" who claims he is from SWEDEN, but has a strong HISPANIC accent, and who received his SS# in 1991 in California), is the owner of a website that claims to have a "new building material" that will revolutionize the building industry and replace concrete, brick and adobe.

His website and marketing methods are designed to attract business associates who can "get in on the ground floor" of this coming building revolution by purchasing the "EBPRO" package for $2,500 (now, $3000 and soon to increase again); which is only a DOWN PAYMENT on the REAL fee of $25,000 (now $30,000 and soon to increase again). The business model is also designed to get new associates to "send him buyers" (people looking to build a home on their own lot). The problem is, that NOT ONE HOME HAS BEEN BUILT YET after at least TWO YEARS of promises.

This new building material has NOT RECEIVED a patent, and MAY NEVER RECEIVE a patent. Mr. Busch claims that it is currently "patent pending"; which, of course, means that there is currently NO PROTECTION for Mr. Busch or his associates, according to the official at the US Patent office I spoke with.

In doing my "due diligence" on Mr. Busch's business, I personally spoke (as a "free affiliate") with the EBPRO assigned to me (located in California) and was told by her that she had been waiting over TWO YEARS so far for the VERY FIRST BUILDING IN THIS COUNTRY to be built- the CSH (Custom Super Home)"Demo Home" in the St. Louis area.

Additionally, I found an old website of Mr. Busch's dating back at least two years making similiar promises. His EBPRO position was called "Earth Brick Professional" back then, but "EBPRO" is now referred as an "Environmental Building Professional".

I also spoke on the phone with the owner of a competing firm, who also manufactures an "earth brick" type product. This gentleman told me that he has received DOZENS of inquiries by CSH affiliates doing due diligence. He told me that Mr. Busch has, indeed, been promising a demo home for two or more years.

According to this competitor, Mr. Busch continually tells his associates that the demo home will be ready to show "within a month or so", but it never seems to happen! Eventually, the people either begin DEMANDING information (as I did, when I was told to "...walk"), or they just leave and write off the money they gave as a bad experience.

Although I would LOVE to see his product come to market (assuming it actually exists), I strongly suspect that it never will. His website promises "daily video updates" to new buyers, who will be able to log onto their website and see their new Super Home being built. However, NO VIDEO IS PROVIDED of this mythical demo home to his associates.

Since I was born and raised in the St. Louis area, I simply asked for a street address of the mythical demo home so that I could drive by on my way to visit family in the area. I was refused by Mr. Busch and asked to leave the program.

Mr. Busch includes an online forum on his website for support questions, BUT WILL DELETE, EDIT AND REMOVE questions or comments that expose embarrassing information!

I have been a "free affiliate" for months now. I have refused to market his program to potential buyers or affiliates UNTIL I KNOW THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY EXISTS. I have also refused to pay one penny to upgrade UNTIL I KNOW THIS PRODUCT ACTUALLY EXISTS.

I have given Mr. Busch EVERY OPPORTUNITY to make good on his promises, but when finally sending an email to him with a summary of my concerns, here is how he responded:

"...You are welcomed to post this email , AS IS, on

your rinky dinky "your oppinion"

Since he has provided permission, here is another exerpt:

"I won't even answer your questions because you don't even seem to know what "the product" you are referring to is. Your type is the type that burns bridges, I've seen it before, deleted more than "one of you"."

And then there is this...

"Looking at your site and picture seems like you have been scammed before. But the fact that you have the guts to even TRY to suggest what you are suggesting about me, makes me simply not want to deal with you at all. In fact, I don't see a future for you here, I don't really like people that "waltz into my office" and "tell me how to live"."

Again, all I am guilty of is being somewhat miffed about Mr. Busch's refusal to provide any REAL EVIDENCE of at least ONE HOME actually built with his "revolutionary building material" and telling him so.

Mr. Busch, like others of his ilk, is easily put on defensive when challenged, and will not answer questions because he HAS NO ANSWER. He is (in my opinion) a very low-level thinker with a poor command of American english.

BEFORE YOU SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS GUY, be very careful! As a matter of fact, I would highly recommend that you follow Mr. Busch's advice to me- "Walk".

UPDATE!! Spoke with ACTUAL owner!

I just received a phone call from "Don" (Last name witheld for privacy reasons), who is the actual inventor and owner of the operation. As a matter of fact, it is Don who is seen in the one video available (as yet, more video coming soon!) to members. He's the guy who is drilling the holes, hammering the blocks (to show durability), etc. Don explained to me that the overwhelming response they are getting for the product has caused some problems now and then with those investigating the company. He apologized for Mr. Busch's unprofessionality in my regards. I also expressed my feelings to him and told him that I never wished for things to come this far. It turns out that Don and I were both raised in the very same area. He was VERY easy to speak with and (in my opinion) should be the one interfacing with the public, but he has his responsibilities and is very important to the operation as a whole. After speaking with Don for some time on the phone (and actually hearing the construction going on in the background), I feel MUCH more confident that CustomSuperHomes.com just may be the REAL DEAL! If you are reading this, then you are doing exactly the kind of due diligence that one should do, and I applaud you. But understand this- I never once said that this group IS a rip-off; only that they MIGHT be. After speaking with the guy who INVENTED the new building material (Dario Busch handles internet marketing) and the very one who is working on getting all necessary patents, etc., DON'T LET MY ONE WORD OF CAUTION CAUSE YOU TO PASS UP THIS OPPORTUNITY! As I've said before, I honestly hope that CustomSuperHomes.com is the real thing, and after speaking with Don, I am once again a BELIEVER. I wish them all well, and look forward to hearing great things about them!
