I PAID USD$10,817.00 THROUGH A THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR COMPANY CALLED WWW.ALERTPAY.COM
LOCATED IN CANADA , WHO DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR BEING LIABLE FOR THE MONEY I LOST,
UNFORTUNATELY, AFTER OPENING A DISPUTE WITH ALERT PAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK, AND AFTER SEVERAL DAYS WAITING FOR THIS CASE TO BE SOLVED,
ALERTPAY GAVE ME THE BAD NEWS TODAY THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO COLLECT MY MONEY FROM THE SELLER, JUST BECAUSE THEY SAID THE SELLER DID NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO COVER THAT AND THAT I CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS

UNDER MY OWN RISK, WHICH I FOUND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE COMING FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE ALERTPAYSAY IT IS , THAT GUARANTEED TO ME THAT ALL MY MONEY WILL BE ALWAYS PROTECTED AGAINST FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS AND SAFE NO MATTER WHAT,SO, I DECIDED TO TRUST THAT COMPANY TO HANDLE MY PAYMENTS SECURELY.
THE SELLER, TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF THEIR ALERTPAY ACCOUNT TO RUN AWAY, STEALING MY MONEY, ALERT PAY DID NOTHING TO HOLD THE MONEY IN THE SELLERS ALERTPAY ACCOUNT , UNTIL MAKING SURE THE SELLER HAVE SHIPPED OUT THE GOODS BACK TO ME IN USA, THEY FAILED BECAUSE THEY RELEASED THEY RELEASED MY MONEY TO SELLER, ALLOWING THE SELLER TO WITHDRAW MY MONEY FOR THEN RUNNING AWAY, DISSAPEAR !
NOW, NOBODY WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE/ LIABLE FOR MY MONEY, SELLER DONT ANSWER, THEY DISCONNECTED THEIR PHONES, DONT REPLY BACK TO MY EMAILS,
ALERT PAY DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT, SO THE LAST RESOURCE IS SEEKING FOR FOR LEGAL ADVICE HERE TO SEEIF I CAN SUE THEM, I WAS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH TRUSTING 100% TO ALERTPAY,ENJOYING THE PIECE OF MIND THEY GAVE TO ME TO FEEL MY MONEY WAS SAFE IN THEIR HANDS
If some body is thinking about doing business with this company alertpay, please think twice before is too late, they are doing everything they can to avoid taking responsability for any loss you may have as a consequence for their lack of responsability, they are inducing customers to fraud, be careful, they make you feel good and secure over the phone, for then , arguing that all customers are to know that all transactions are done by taking customer's own risk and with no warranties at all....BECAREFUL GUYS.
I am located in USA, if some body have a suggestion or can recomend me a good attorney that may be interested in this case to file a law suite or something, please let me know..and thanks...

they are scammers, they are in the market of selling electronic goods, like mobile phones,laptops, tablets, etc....they stole from me usd$8800, after being paid when ordering 41 units blackberry, they never shipped out...it does not matter what secure or safe method of payment you use, after getting the money, they run away with your money...we need help to shutdown their website permanently, to preventing them from defrauding more people, more good faith buyers...be aware, don't do business with them at all and report them to the local police or interpol....
