I went to this website that a friend had recommended called PropertyRoom where you can buy stuff from cops that they confiscated from criminals. I wanted to get a sweet watch and I was looking for a good deal so I went there first. Always At Market had a bunch of nice looking watches up for auction and I bought a couple of them since I was only spending about $50 for watches with an MSRP of $2500-3000. I thought I was getting some criminals prized possession at a bargain rate but instead I was getting a Chinese watch worth $2 with a French name on it. After I won the auctions, I did my homework and found this site with the negative reviews of the company. I called and left emails that day asking that the goods not be sent and that I be refunded. Though Always At Market says that there are people waiting to take your call, they are for some reason ALWAYS busy, so much so that not once did I receive a response for my multiple inquiries. TWO days later and after sending a scathing email to PropertyRoom highlighting Always At Markets fraud, they contacted Always At Market who had, to this point, ignored my emails and phone messages. Too late, they sent me a message saying that the goods were shipped and I was to refuse them upon delivery and I would get a full refund. And so began the roller coaster ride that it has been trying to get my money back.

I won the auctions on May 31st, the goods were refused on June 4th, today is June 17th and I still have not received a full refund. I've contacted my bank and have begun drafting a fraud claim on the outstanding charges. Always At Market was incompetent in its inability to cancel my orders in a timely fashion. Furthermore, even though the tracking information clearly states that I have rejected delivery, they have refused to reimburse me until their goods are returned to their warehouse. That much is understandable for a legitimate, responsible company but Always At Market is neither. I've got $175 in limbo right now and I hope that this posting helps in the speedy return of it.

If you are thinking about buying ANYTHING from Always At Market, just DONT. Its not worth the headaches (and the bullsh*t and lies).

The French name is real and watches worth more than $2.00

I just want to clarified that the comment about a $2.00 Chinese watch is incorrect. The watches have japan movement as Miyota, Citizen etc. The French name is not a fictitious name. This company bought the intellectual property from the respective owners including the patent of the models. The problem comes when they hyperbole the price, it looks that you are buying an authentic Rolex with a different design. I do not agree with this practice of misleading the potential buyer, but in a capitalistic society business is business. I took one myself to a friend of mine that owns a jewelry store, a Romilly in this case, I knew that the watch was not worth 3 grands but what the heck I need it to find the real value and sacrificing 50 bucks was not a big deal. My friend told me that the watch the way was built is in the range of $300.00 to $400.00 not even near the price they claim above the $2500.00 on some models. Ok. I paid 50 bucks for it..I keep it!. The problem with some consumers is that they want the best deal, but when they realized that they do not know nothing about what they bought, they start searching and researching..to find the $3.000.00 they thought they got for surel. Please, before you buy a potential gold mine for pennies..think about it 3 times before committing to it
