Alyon Technologies sent me a bill for $135.57 for adult web site services never used nor wanting to use.
I feel completely violated on several levels. I have installed Norton personal firewall to my system and this still happened to me. Beware it can happen to you!
I do not plan on paying this outlandish bill and will be contacting my local DA, state of Georgia DA, along with a local representative who is adapt at handling (censored)cases.

You may include me in your quest for restitution. I have contacted rip off reports about how to handle a class action law suit. If I don't hear from them soon I will personally look into this and post additional information for anyone who would like their name added to a "class action lawsuit".
I have also contacted Dateline and 48 Hours in the hopes that they will see a story here in rip off reports. I took a full day off of work to try to protect myself.
The most interesting remark I received was from the Attroney Generals office out of Georgia. The rep I spoke with was familar with the complaints against this company, when I asked him what action was being taken his response was a as follows. "I have been instructed to keep my mouth shut and direct individuals to agancies to report this problem".
How does that smell from where you sit? Fishy here in Minnesota. My bill is now up to $430 as of 5/5 10:00am when I spoke with an Alyon rep. Everyone please check out the other reports here there is some very good information as to whom to contact and don't forget if you have minor children in the house PLEASE!!!! report this to the Centers for children expolitation. When it comes to exploitation of children on the internet they take it very seriously.
