This woman will con someone into believing in her skills and business acumen as a HairStylist - Colour Specialist - Entrepreneur and get you to invest in her business to get her started with the promise of a good return from what she says is only a financial start up loan. That you won't have an interest apart from the payback of the loan, that you will not be a partner, business owner, will not be liable for the business issues and debts etc. When I did this, I worked at building her salon, buying materials, loans for account setups for utilities, loans for initial lease payments, getting the whole shot ready to go. All the while asking for the documentation on the loan to be signed, simple stuff, but she is savvy and stalled me til everything was ready, stole all my receipts stored with tools in the business location. Then she failed to work it, didn't pay rent, or utilities, ran off, let it fail. then she collected the balances from deposits with utilities that i paid and refused to return the monies.
She knows I am screwed at small claims because she stole the receipts, tries now to claim it was a joint business deal and it failed and too bad, so sad, she owes nothing. meanwhile she was arrested for another fraud, got house arrest, lives off government benefits, changes phone companies and listing names after they cut her off, refuses to pay a dime. I am out, with interest $15,000.00
DO not trust this woman ever
