Amazon associates is a ripoff and will steal your money. Amazon stole over $6k from me this year in 2014 because someone reported my website saying the marketing technique I was using was against Amazon's terms and conditions. They also stole over $1.5k from a family member of mine that was promoting Amazon to earn money for the colledge edgucation of his son. Amazon pays out its affiliates every two months which gives them enough time to monitor your earnings and wack you, stealing your money and putting you out of business for no reason, and for this I suggest nobody promote Amazon in the future. This tactic of stealing people's money/traffic is illegal and the reason why they continue to allow you to login to your account is for reporting reasons.

Here are the actions I took against Amazon to get my money. Because of Amazon'a arbitration agreement you can't sue them but if they ignore the arbitration request like they did with me, then you can bring a law suit against them for the funds they owe you. In my case the website was not illegal and did not violate any of the terms and conditions. Bringing a General Civil claim against them for the maximum amount sure got their attention when their lawyer called me asking me what I wanted. I told her we no longer have to be in business with each other but pay me what you owe me, she said and I quote "I'll look into it", then never called me back. I waited two months then sent a registered letter to their registered business agent "Corporation Service Company" letting them know I would proceed with filing a request for relief against them if they did not respond in 30 days. Amazon never responded to my request for relief so I then filed the claim in my city where I live, and you can do this too.

Amazon never responded to the claim and never showed up to court and I was automaticlly awarded a judgement in the amount of $25,000. Your limits may be different where you live but you can indeed get your money and walk away a winner with these people. Please make sure you document every phone call, record the phone calls, keep a file of your Amazon earnings so that you have proof in court that you were scammed by Amazon Associates.

Amazon Associates is stealing money from millions of affiliates by shutting down the accounts before the first payout. When creating an Amazon Associates account, I high recomend you wait two months before you start sending them traffic else you may lose every bit of earnings you make to these people.

Amazon Associates = SCAM!

The funny part is, I made 6k a month for over 3 years with the very website they claimed was illegal. The reason why Amazon does this to it's affiliates is because simply put, "they can". Why payout the big money to earning affiliates or associates when you have 10 million other people just starting promoting from scratch and making nothing. A good example would be:

If John is running a website, and on the site he promotes TV's, and he earns 5k a month, it's in Amazon's best interest to wach John's account because Billy promoting the same tv's on another website hasn't made anything yet.

To make a long story short, In 2014 I was on my way of making over 20k for the year. I'll show you a screen shot of my earnings for proof. I was sending Amazon over 60k a month in sales and they didn't appreciate my business. They saw fit to steal my money and my family's money, and worst of all prevent my nephew from getting a colledge edgucation because all the money that was raised was going for him.
