Well I'm not sure if I'm wasting my time here (again?) as you can see from my previous rebuttal 17 days ago, nothing has changed except the fact I had to throughout $300 worth of product for my snack vending machines. (exp. are now stamped on most products and the rest is badly stale) There has been no messages, e-mails or phone calls from anyone in reference to my plight here. Truth is, I'm a little disappointed at the 'so called action' proposed by 'ripoffreport' in their desire to help. No money-no service I guess!? (Yah, they asked for a "donation")--Not to mention the slick little hustler con artist: Dan Cianciotto. Go ahead Dan, do something about it. Let's get together in court. I'll come down to Florida- it's cold here anyway. Or just me me in the street. I been hearing feedback from other (honest) vending locator companies off the net and phone conversations that Amazon Locators, Inc. have a reputation of incompetent service and deceptive scams towards many, many other clients such as mtself. I'm told that there is always a "mess left to clean up" from people desparately seeking help to re-locate their assorted vending machines. What's possibly missing here? How much more detail do I need to write here for the message to get through? The truth is plain and simple- I got "mugged" by a coward with a criminal diposition.

I paid Amazon locators $480 up front and their locator ask for $75 payment for each machine he deceptively placed for me. I wrote out a check to Willis Uzzell for $900.00 to which he promptly cashed at a bank. I have BOTH checks that cleared my bank. Dan waived the extra $60 over the phone which was for an extra warranty fee anyway. Fact is, Willis skipped town and closed his cell phone down & no one can reach him. Dan knows all this. He also agreed to send another locator out to finish the job but I believe Dan is broke and/or thinks that Florida is as far away as China and that I'll never find him. If Dan sends out a new locator and does the job right, then I'd be happy to give him his bogus $60-cash on the spot! This job was a scam on me initially by Willis. Dan needs to make it right or pay me back $920.00. (8 machines refused @ $115.00 each equals the $920)

Brian paid me a deposit of $480.00 to find him a locator. When the locator arrived, Brian stated that he didnt have enough money to pay Amazon locators Inc the $960.00 balance that was due in our contract. He still has NOT PAID Amazon locators Inc. the balance due. He is the scam artist that ripped off My company. I performed services for Brian Westin and did not get paid for them.
