My company has been an Amazon Professional Seller for some time and we have a good record of delivering quality as described merchandse in a timely manner. Like many other online merchants, we list many products that we do not stock to offer a variety of merchandise to all consumers & businesses.

On Jan 27, an individual from Virgna ordered a made to order wall poster which is produced n Californa. The tem was shipped on January 29 via the standard economy free shipping. The total sales price was $17.35.

The buyer contacted us on Februay 5 &  provided  the nformation that the shipment was late due to the series of severe winter storms in the package's transit route.  The tracking info stated the package arrived to the buyer's local post office for sorting and deliivery.

The buyer became a bit impatient as I told hm repeatedly of the cause of the delay & on Feb 8, requested a cancelation. I responded immediately with a prepaid label. Within hours, the buyer filed an AtoZ claim. My response to Amazon was that the buyer accepted the label and return the item. Within a few hours Amazon contacted me that they refunded the buyer in full. Subsequently, the buyer recieved the package on Feb.9.

Amazon responded to my request that I can contact the buyer and included n the response for me not to be rude to the buyer or contact hm excessvely.

I have been recieving responses to my requests for Amazon to reverse this unfair decision. I will not provide free merchandise to scammers who are encouraged to do this by Amazon.

My company sells products for $500.00 and more so seriously consider to stop selling on Amazon.Their principle s and ethics are not acceptable. The Amazon mndset of it's a privlidge to sell on Amazon, pay their high fees of up to 15% in addition to their $39.95 monthly fee is outright incorrect. It is a prvlidge of the third party marketplace sellers who pay these fees, which is the majority of Amazon's total gross revenue. Great financials of this company, having bled cash for years and in Q3 of 2015 returning a 1% percent profit.
