Amazon.com -CS Rep "Ren" REFUSED TO CREDIT CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD MADE BY AMAZON>COM THAT THEY ACKNOWLEDGED WERE FRAUDULENT WorldWide from Seattle, Washington Nationwide
Amazon.com refused to credit charges made by Amazon.com back to my Credit Card that they acknowleged were fraudulent! They passed the buck told me to "Talk to the Bank" whereas 5 other online companies such as Cabelas, Bass Pro Shop. Overstock, Lands End, Zappos, and Macy's immediately and voluntarily removed and/or credited all charges involved. Jeff Bezos should be extremely upset with his CS Department for such an action for a Worldwide Company he established based on excellent Customer Service. I hope he will clean house in Amazon's Customer Service Department and get the Company back on track and known for excellent Customer Service.
