Ambiance Additions built us a beautiful $75,000 Sunroom a few yrs back. When the wall pieces were delivered they began to peel BEFORE they were even installed. I questioned their employees about it and they replied that it would NOT be a problem.
Fast forward a few years and the outside walls are peeling and separating from the styrofoam they cover. It's ugly, and structurally defective. Once compromised, the walls are deteriorating quickly. The Four Seasons walls are warranteed for atleast 7 yrs.
I personally sent pictures and wrote Ambiance additions 5 different times throughout the yr WITHOUT a reply. They did replace a broken window during the yr and their employee saw the walls and noted that they need to be repaired. BUT they REFUSE to respond to the problem and give us any kind of repr date or contact info- so that we can get this problem taken care of through Four Seasons- the Franchise they represent.
VERY Disatisfied with Ambiance Additions Customer NO Service. Would very much like a resolution to the peeling walls that were JUNK from the Start. Thank goodness we've got pictures to Prove their defective condition when they were delivered. Buyer Beware: Don't buy Ambiance Addition's FOUR SEASON Sunroom JUNK!!
