"We are calling to re-new your existing order" Our fairly new business manager agreed to do this contingent upon them providing proof of the existing order and the name of the person who had originally placed that order.

Obviously Ambus Registry has never and will never provide that information because it does not exist.

Still they call me twice a week inquiring as to when I am going to pay the invoice. I've nicely told them they aren't going to get paid because they are scam astists. I've been rude, mean, and down right nasty with them, and they keep on calling.

It's gotten to the point where my co-workers stand up and applaud my performance everytime I call their collection guy an incompetent fool and hang the phone up on him.

Although the Ambus collection guy has become a means for me to take out my stress and daily frustrations, they are wasting a lot of my valuable time.

Ambus, you are not getting a dime from this contoller!

As quoted directly from for sales script: I have your companys file in front of me and I understand you may have listed with a Business Directory/ Registry in the past. What Im offering you is a more cost effective way for your company to market and advertise your business. ARI does not call to re-list an existing order unless they have ordered with us in the past I am sorry if this company misunderstood the reason for our call. That is why we have a two-call process for all sales here at Ambus Registry Inc. The first call is always to inform the potential client of how being on our Registry benefits the company and how our CD-Rom is a beneficial marketing tool. We have incorporated this practice to ensure that our clients understand what is being ordered, its price, and when the invoice and / or product will be received. We do this in such a way that it cannot be misinterpreted. This call is recorded with the clients knowledge to ensure there are no errors on our end. I am sure that this person has not heard the tape confirmation for if they had this report would not have been written. As for their comment about being rude: I wonder if their boss is aware of their actions and or if this is something they do on a regular basis.
