Ambus Registry, Inc. ripoff It is quite a scam...please be aware! Salt Lake City Utah
Ambus Registry contacted our secretary last week and told her it was time to renew our business listing and needed to confirm the address. The sales Rep informed her that it was the final listing for our 2 year subscription. After the address was confirmed, a 2nd sales rep called to confirm the order, recording the conversation.
When our secretary learned we had no subscription with Ambus, she tried repeatedly to contact the company to cancel any order that may have been made, but was unable to talk to anyone.
We received a CDRom a week later and a bill for $379. I called as the owner of the company telling the collections person, Kim Davie, that we were returning the CD Rom and did not have any such subscription. She said she had a recorded conversation of our secretary confirming the order, and she would be glad to talk with our company attorney, but we are liable for the $379 (less $90 if we return the CD)
It is quite a scam...please be aware!

To Whom this may concern? I used to work for Ambus Registry Inc. They say it's out of Salt Lake City Utah, but it's out of Calgary, Alberta Canada. At 8989 MacLeod Tr. S.W. The reason I'm writing this is to appologize to anyone who I scammed any money from. I used to sell(rip off) about 45-60 a month. When I did reloaded files (companies we sold before) in my last month their I sold 150 companies another CD for the second time around. Or even in some cases their 3rd, 4th or 5th CD in a matter of a year. The few people employeed at Ambus are really kind hearted people. Everyday they say "I can't believe what we are doing?" They pay to start about $10 an hour (canadian funds) and they used to give $5 a sale for the first 40 $10 from 40 to 80 and $15 from 80 to whatever you can get. I just heard about this web site having Ambus on it and I thought this is my only way to appologize to anyone I hurt. And I really mean this with the bottom of my heart. I left becasue the owners of the company, not to be racist at all but are greedy east indians who don't give a s*** about anything but money. Now they give $3 a sale for an invoice they collect $600 Canadian funds for one CD Rom. The only thing to add is try not to hate the people trying to scam you they are young people just trying to make a living but that's no excuse. There are lots of jobs out there for everyone.
