Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This whole thing is very funny to me now, but I am still pissed at how these foreigners are mentally terrorizing Americans. I too, was contacted by these idiots.

Yesterday, while in Wal Mart, I got a call from a restricted ID. I sent the call to voicemail because anyone important to me knows better than to hide their caller ID. They called right back and I answered because I remembered that a friend of mine had her caller ID blocked and I wanted to tell her about herself. I picked up and some person with a heavy Indian accent asked to speak to me. Right away, I went on the defensive and I always do whenever I answer my phone and am greeted with broken English and a foreign accent-sorry if anyone gets offended but it has been my experience that those two characteristics equal some kind of scam.

I didn't catch the person's name or very much of what the hell he was talking about because I couldn't understand him and my baby was starting to have a mental meltdown in the store. He asked me to verify the last 4 digits of my social and I told him hell no. He then told me to hold on and put some other clown on the phone who claimed to be an attorney-couldn't understand him either. From what I gathered, I was guilty of acquiring a payday loan and not paying it back. I was being charged with theft by deception, check fraud and some other crap. He asked if he could read the affadavit to me and I told him it's a free country. He began talking gibberish and things were really heating up with my baby, so I told him I had to go and he should do whatever he had to do to collect the $7500.00 he was demanding from me. He said he was going to send officers to my home or job, wherever I'm at to arrest me and haul me off to court. I told him I'll make sure to wear something pretty. He said I will lose my job and my credit will be ruined. I started laughing and told him I hate my job and my credit is in the toilet, so he really would be doing me a favor. I don't even work at that place anymore and my credit is decent, but I know they are not really going to do anything. Plus I have fraud alerts on all my reports. This person was obviously annoyed with me and told me he needed to finish reading the affadavit and I should not interrupt him.

I was really starting to get angry and could not use the choice words I had swirling on my tongue because I was in a crowded customer service line so I just put my phone in my purse and let this idiot ramble on. I have Metro PCS-unlimited minutes!!! So he could've talked until the cows came home and it wouldn't have hurt me at all. He called back and I didn't answer. He left message stating I made a mistake by hanging up on him and went on to recite my name address, full social, name of my former employer and supervisor, and information for a bank account I no longer have. I've been scammed before and nothing really scares me because the first time it happened pretty much ruined my life.

So now I live to make these people angry and report them to all the authorities. I did have payday loans, years ago before they became illegal in the state of Georgia. They all were paid, but 3 companies in particular kept trying to milk me for more money even after I had paid well over what I owed them. So I went on a website that had complaints about the same 3 companies and posted a thread. My state's attorney general's assistant saw it and contacted me. She sent stern letters to all the companies and I haven't heard from them since. If anyone else gets a call from these people, give them hell and they will give you a dial tone-you won't hear from them again.
