American Credit Solutions Jeffery Toop & Ricky(supervisor) they drafted $199.00 from my account without my concent Tampa Florida
on 9-17-02 i recrived a card saying i was edgible for a platiumm credit card with a $4000.00 credit line.
i called 1-866-411-1092 aand spoke wiith jeffery toop. he informed me that for $199,00 i would receive a platium credit care w/ $4000.00 line of credit. I told him i did not have the money in my account right now. he then advised me to postdate a check for 30 days, or 10-17-02. I finally agreed because he said i could void or cancel the check before 10-17-02, there would be no problem.
approximately 10-8-02 i called American Solutions aand told them i did not want the card, and i was voiding the check and thhat the funds were not in the bank on 10-18-02 i spoke with wachovia on call when they informed me that $199.00 had been drafted from my account and i was in the red plus had to pay a $30.00 bank fee. so after i voided the Debracheck they still withdrew the money without my concent. now i am out $199.00 + $30.00 and still have no credit card.
