ACS Platinum Card American Credit Solutions ripoff deceptive company Tampa Florida
Back in March I believe I was lead to understand that I would receive a card that would enable me to acquire 0.0% financing on a credit card. With it I was planning to transfer some small crediticard debt that has high interest and lowering my overall payment for crediti cards.
In turn, I was scammed that I had to purchase over priced junk out of a cheap catalog and make payments on it. I refused. In addition, they signed me up for the Hartford Auto club and they took $99.00 out of my bank account after ACS took $159.00. I haven't used the card or the Auto Coverage (it is much like AAA).
In any case I want my money back, and I want it back now. They said there would be a ninety day waiting period. I haven't heard a thing or seen any action in my account as to a credit.
