American Credit Solutions ripped off by corrupt business Tampa Florida *UPDATE ..Thank you Rip-off Report!
Just recently I called American Credit Solutions in response to a postcard I had received stating I had been approved for an unsecured platinum credit card with a 4,000 credit limit.
I agreed to let them remove 199.95 by phone check. I did a search online shortly thereafter and found this site. I quickly called my bank to cancel and they informed me the money had been removed already and there was nothing they could do. I have made several phone calls to American Credit Solutions and tried to cancel and have been given the run around.
They laughed at me and told me there was no way I was going to get my money back unless I could prove misrepresentation. I have since called my states Attorney General and they have forwarded my complaint to the attorney general in Hollywood, Fl who is handling these complaints.
They also sent the company a copy of my complaint and my demand for my money back.

Thank you Rip Off Report!
After 2 full months of trying to get my money back I have succeeded! I have spent countless hours on the phone and have taken down the name of the person, date, time and what was said. I let them know I would charge 100 dollars an hour for my time if it went to court. They finally agreed to refund my money and I hounded them until I got it. They twice forgot to put me on the refund list. I told them I wouldnt wait any longer and wanted to speak to David Greer or Wanda Knight. They stammered and stuttered and within 2 business days I got my money back into my account before it was closed. They usually say they only refund money if they get approval on a Wednesday and then it takes 5 to 7 business days to transmit! By the way if you call the FBI in Tampa they will respond. They have had plenty of complaints. I hope you wonderful and innocent people all get your money back . I am proof that you can with enough ammo and information. I still plan on cooperating and shutting these people down. And I plan to check this website before I ever say yes to anything again!
