I have owned this company for over 7 years. The letter claiming that we do not get back to customers is silly. Every message is returned on the phone and responded to right away along with email requests. If a customer types in the wrong address on a order and it has already been sent out we have little we can do but wait until the box is returned to us. We can at that time either issue a credit back or resend the order. We have great ratings on both service and products. We cannot control however mistakes made by a customer when they fill in their order forms. We try to help every customer and have an excellent rating with the BBB. Thank you.

Owner is getting back to me thru email, said they did mail to correct address, that it must be my Post Office. Company will remail the order at no additional fee to me which seems fair.
