I am glad to here that your grandma is ok. I just dont think it is right for you to say all these bad things about kirby and there salesmen. I used to work for them and never once did I try to rip anyone off. If your grandma wanted to buy a vacume from me I would have sold it her to. Maybe if she can not handle her own finances you should step in and take control. The fact of the matter is she agreed to pay for something and has the obligation to do just that. I'm sure she did not tell the salesman that if she purchaced the machine she would not be able to eat anymore. If she did then I think you are the one to blame for letting her be in control of her financial situation. Maybe the problem is closer to home and it is just easier for you blame someone else.. JUST MY 2 cents

I just want to add that my grandmother is ok. It was an angina/anxiety attack. We are still getting harrassed calls from the financing company tho'. So my cousins and I will be turning changing her number. Before this financing company worked for Kirby they must have been loan sharks in another life. The Kirby co. and anyone who sells them are evil. I never thought I would say that about a vacuum of all things. I even had my neieces and nephews throw out brave little taoster because it has a kirby in it. I'm not kidding. I sincerely hope someday someone brings a class action suite against that organization. Kirby has 11 pages of complaints on this site!!! JA
