on the 21st May I booked a rental car for a few days, then 15 minutes later I cancel it, On the 5/27/2015 did not get my charge of $177.81 back, so I called to see why, I was told it had to be seven days from day of purchase, so to me that would be the 5/27/15.

Did not receive  it on the 27th. so I called back, then I was told it would be from the 22/5/15, and I had to get confirmation of this cancellation, this I did and was told by the rental car to contact the card company.  

So once againe,  talking to the Blue Bird representative,giving him all the info, he call the rental company to confirm. then the Bluebird representative told me it  would be there on the 28th, still not there on the 30/5/15 again I called,

now I was told as it was a rental car it would 15 days now. after this I asked to speak to a manger, well 20 minutes later she tells me the same thing,  

I wonder what excuse they will give me next!

Now it's 15 days later on the 6/4/2015 and still no money put back , againe I called I asked to speak to a Manger, the representative asked me why againe I told him then he put me on hold for almost 20 minutes,

Now I was told he would talk to the technician, 15 minutes leater he tells me  I should have it in my account on the 6/5/2015, well to my reckoning it's been 17 days now they have had my money tied up.

  I also got this card because there was no charge to withdraw money , well this is a misleading statement, the only place I could get  money was at Wal-Mart store, and half the time it was broken or out of money, so when I called to ask where I could find a ATM I was told to use Money Pass a Network ATM, they gave me several locations, which no longer existed, and if you sued out of Network it will cost you.

This company is the worst I have encounter, and personally I would not recommend them.
