 I tried to send $60 through their billpay over to my wife's checking account, but it never really got deposited to her checking account, and they have deducted the $60 anyways. They have investigated this situation already & have sent me an email stating they investigated into my case & won't be refunding me back my $60 that they deducted but never actually transferred the funds like they were supposed to. Ive spoke to several people their & they aren't being helpfull at all.
