Why do all these reports seem to ring so many bells with me?? It is because I too feel like I was ripped-off by this company. Since my experience is so similar to the rest, I will summarize my report with bullet points.
I ordered floor in the first week of November.
I paid $ 3000 for my floor with an extra $150 for delivery in 17 days max.
I have not yet received my wood.
They hang-up on me every time I call.
They will not let me cancel my order.
They forward me to voice mail that cuts me off.
They place me on hold and never come back.
They have now blocked my calls to the 866 number. I now get a recording that states "this number can not be dialed from your area"
They will not return my e-mails or web chat.
They have given me 5 different delivery dates. Each one passed with no wood delivery.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE HAVE.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
